I would like to take a moment to share my experience with Kama'aina Motors. 1st big Mahalos to Ed and Isaiah. I made a mistake and purchased a new vehicle from another dealer that was just not a fit for me. Mistake on my part, but Ed and Isaiah help me rectify the mistake. Had one phone call with Isaiah and worked out a deal that made it digestible. I can't thank you guys enough! I was in and out within 30 minutes with my new Rubicon. DO NOT HESITATE to purchase a vehicle from Kama'aina Motors. You will be treated fairly by the wonderful staff. This is my second new vehicle purchase with this dealer and the 1st went just as smooth. Again, thank u very much

Aloha my name is Elias and I just purchased my very first vehicle from kamaaina motors. A 2017 dodge ram 1500 to be exact. I want to give a big shoutout to this sales person Ed Dela Crux. Truly blessed by God to have had him. Ed made the whole experience something to remember and. He was very transparent from the beginning. He wasn't simply just selling a car but showed genuine honesty and care about my wants and needs, and also giving his own personal suggestions/things he would do when purchasing a used car. He showed transparency from the moment he came out to us till the moment he gave me the keys to my very first truck/car. Also during the whole financing process, he showed care by making sure we were comfortable. Not with just the deal but by even offering us bottles of water and also genuinely interacting with us about each of our lives as individuals. Also being very chill and laid back throughout the entirety of the day. I would like to thank Ed for doing an amazing job and keeping integrity, honesty, transparency, word and heart till the very end. Thank you to the financing manager Shane as well for breaking down the details in a very professional and detailed manner

I had the pleasure of working with Ed while ordering my 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I want to recognize the great job he did. From the beginning, Ed was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Throughout the ordering process, he stayed in touch, answered my questions promptly, and followed through on everything he said he would. Even when parts of the process became challenging, he remained professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Now that my Jeep has arrived, I couldn’t be happier with it. If you’re looking for a salesperson who genuinely cares about his customers and is committed to providing great communication and follow-through, I highly recommend asking for Ed. Mahalo, Ed, and best wishes for continued success in your career!

I had an outstanding experience working with Ed at Kamaaina Motors. From start to finish, Ed was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to answer all my questions, kept the process straightforward, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to Ed's hard work and dedication, I was able to purchase my 2021 Ram 1500 ProMaster Van, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He went above and beyond to make the deal happen and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. If you're looking for someone who is honest, hardworking, and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for Ed at Kamaaina Motors. I had a great experience at Kamaaina Motors. The staff was very knowledgeable. The customer service was great. The Salesman Delvin was perfect, he knew exactly what I needed and answered all the questions that I had. He made sure I left the lot with the vehicle that fit my day to day activities and knowledge pertaining to the sale.
